Based on long-term practical experience, regular participation in training, and held qualifications, the team of the Law Firm VIS LEGIS in Kielce offers comprehensive support for company owners, directors and employees of HR departments in the following areas:
SELECTION OF EMPLOYEES, ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGES
Substantive support in the process of:
- selection of candidates
- implementation of organizational changes in the company.
In our work, we use psychological tests developed by the Psychological Test Laboratory of the Polish Psychological Association in Warsaw:
- The Bochum Inventory of Personal Work Features (BIP) intended for measurement of various personal aspects that are important from the point of view of effective professional functioning;
- LMI - a questionnaire measuring the motivation of achievements with acknowledgment of its various components, such as preference for difficult tasks, belief in success, being goal oriented, being focused on competitiveness, persistence, and other.
- Leadership Styles Inventory (WERK) which allows assessment of the intensity of four styles of management typical for the subject (CHEERLEADER, STEWARD, REVOLUTIONARY and CAPTAIN) in the interpersonal relationships (standard) as well as assessment whether the subject reflects a dominance of any of the styles (profile analysis).
EMPLOYMENT OF WORKERS

We prepare and provide opinions on documentation regarding employment, its continuity and termination.
ORGANIZATION OF WORK
- we conduct audits of the implemented internal regulations
