The Law Firm "VIS LEGIS" has been operating on the market of legal services since 1995. The law firm is owned by legal adviser Sławomir Niemczyn who is on the list of legal counsels of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Kielce under number KL-K 500.

Rules of cooperation

The law firm renders services based on single orders (e.g. representation in court, order for preparation of an agreement / documentation, analysis, or legal opinion), as a part of constant cooperation, and by providing individual legal advice.

We propose the following payment systems:

Flat rate remuneration at a fixed monthly rate – used in constant legal services preferred by business customers.

Hourly rate – for business and private customers, paid under a summary of work hours of the Law Firm delivered to the customer at the end of each month or after completion of the order.

Agreed remuneration – determined on an individual basis with the customer for performance of a specific order, specified in a contract of mandate, calculated based on the type of case, its complexity, structure, and time that is necessary to run it.
