The Law Firm VIS LEGIS has been operating on the market of legal services since 1995. It was founded by legal adviser Sławomir Niemczyn. We offer legal support within the scope of: civil law, labor law, economic and commercial companies law. We focus on providing services to small, medium and large companies from the following voivodeships: Świętokrzyskie, Małopolskie, Łódzkie, and Śląskie. Our customers include companies with Polish and foreign capital, associations, foundations, as well as private customers.

Business Customers

In case of business customers, we offer substantive and legal support at every stage of activities and life of the organization. We help in processes regarding registration, transformation and liquidation of entities. We develop procedures and internal rules. We provide legal services for corporate bodies of commercial companies, foundations and associations. Private Customers

Our team offers legal support within the scope of civil, family and succession law. As one of the few service providers, we support our customers in claiming receivables from foreign entities as a part of the European Order of Payment. We represent our customers in proceedings regarding, among others, indemnity, payment of damages, as well as in enforcement proceedings. We prepare and give opinions on, among others, agreements for rental, purchase / sales of real property.
